"No Signal" Error, and USB-UIRT weirdness

Hi. I just built a new computer and moved my Hauppauge PVR-250 and USB-UIRT over to this computer. I'm having a couple strange problems.

If I am watching live TV, and I hit page up to change the channel, it seems like each keypress happens multiple times. For instance, if I have SageTV running on my monitor, and then my receiver is also displaying the "real" live TV directly to my TV, and I choose channel 337, for instance, my TV will show me changing to channel 333, then 333 again, then 337. Or something like that. Then, my TV will switch to channel 337, and my SageTV will show "No Signal". I just left SageTV like that with No Signal, and after a few minutes it magically started showing the signal again.

What am I doing wrong here? IIRC I have a Motorola DCT2000 on Star Choice in Canada.

Thank you very much,
- Andrew Clarke.
