SageTV 5.04 Service Goes to 100% after Windows Updates KB935839 and KB935840

SageTV 5.04 Service Goes to 100% after Windows Updates KB935839 and KB935840

I have a Sage TV 5.04 setup that has been working fine for a year.

After applying 3 windows updates, the sageTV service went to 100% when watching live TV (but not when watching recordings).

After I removed KB935839 it improved to 80% ish and the system was at least usable while watching TV.

After removing KB935840 it was back down to it's normal low usage.

These are security updates - so you would have to uninstall or not install them at your own risk.

Wanted to drop a note in case others had similar issues with these updates.
