Cable/Satellite box power control with Actisys IR-200L

Just a suggestion to solve the problem of not knowing if your Cable/Satellite box is on or off before the Actisys IR-200L sends the command to change the channel and then record. I am not sure if sage could be setup to send a power signal to the remote power box(link below) to make sure your Cable/Satellite box is powered off before Sage sends a signal to turn it on, change the channel and record. If your Cable/Satellite box is off, it will not change the power state of your Cable/Satellite box. If your Cable/Satellite box is on, it will turn it off and then Sage can send a signal to the Cable/Satellite box to turn it on. This prevents the power on signal from turning off the Cable/Satellite box just before sage tries to change the channel and record.

Not sure if it would work!
