MVP, comskip, and HD

I've been noticing a problem (for me at least) where comskip is correctly marking commercials on HD (converted to SD) recordings, but since I've up'd to 6.1.9 from 6.1.8 the STVi or Sage itself is not jumping through the commercials reliably. This seems to happen more on the MVP than anywhere else. It's done it on PS once or twice. Also seems to be more in the first 30min than in the rest of the show. What happens is the commercials show up correctly on the timeline bar, but when it skips to the next show segment the marker will jump back into the commercial segment between 30 and 60sec and start playing from there. I can use the right arrow on the remote to skip forward to the start of the next segment. Manual skipping works correctly. Today things were a bit different. Instead of jumping back the marker would jump forward into the show about the same amount.

I've done a bug submission on this and the response was that SageTV believe the problem is fixed in the 6.2 beta due shortly.
