I had a similiar problem when running the Sage service - I switched to running it interactive and all worked ok - turned out to be a firewall issue. It was able to change chanels but not get the video stream from the HDHR unit - not sure if this is what you're seeing or not but be sure to rule it out if you haven't already...

Did you ever figure this out?? I am having a similar issue. Slow motion (extreme choppiness) on HD channels from HDHR. It's almost like one of the tuners is ok, and the other stutters. This setup was working fine, but this occurred a couple of days ago. I tried updating everything to the latest (Sage 6.2.8, 09082007beta3, 163.44 & Hotfix) but nothing so far has helped.
