USBUIRT with RCA DTC100
I have followed the instructions meticulously to install the Sage TV application using a USBUIRT to control an RCA DTC100 to no avail. When I get to the setup test screen the USBUIRT device will not send a signal.

I have reprogrammed the USBUIRT with RCA remote, also with no luck. The USBUIRT lights up when I aim the remote to program and appears to be functioning correctly by itself.

I have this installed on a freshly installed win2k machine upgraded to SP4. What am I missing?

Verify that in your BIOS that the USB mouse and Keyboard support are activated. Mine were not and it prevented my USB-UIRT from working.

The BIOS settings are correct. I have this in an Asus P4B. I going to try it in a diiferent machine.

Well,

I 've put the WinTV 250 in a different PC on my network. Same deal. It will not change channels with the USBUIRT.

Dan,

I did follow all the instructions relative to using the updated driver/API.

Shouldn't the DTC100 be supported without having to reprogram the software?

I will post my problem in the above thread.
