.ir file for StarChoice 405 reciever

Hey Folks:

It took me a while, but I finally built an Actisys IR200L .ir file that works nicely with a StarChoice Navigo 405 reciever. It should work with the 305 as well.

Had to mess around with the file quite a bit, but it's worth the trouble! A copy is attached. (Just remove the .txt extension and toss it in your Common/RemoteCodes folder)

Hopefully this can save other Canucks the trouble.
