Problem Controlling BEV 3100 with USB-UIRT

Sage v6.1
USB-UIRT v1.4

I can control Sage fine thru the USB-UIRT however trying to use it to control my Bell ExpressVu 3100 receiver it will not transmit the signal properly. It does transmit the codes and ironically it will controll my 9200 receiver I brought in to the room to test with and I can control both sat receivers from the remote control I used to teach Sage the numbers 0-9 but the USB will not change chanels on the 3100 unless i discovered i press the digit twice. I figured that out in the test screen where it gives you the option to test the codes you just entered.

This setup did work when I was running Sage v2.2.8 and I believe v1.3 if the USB-UIRT driver but my HD crashed and I am rebuilding everyting with the newest versions of each.


Obviously when Sage wants to change channels it will just send the signal for each digit once. I have tried changing the millisecond delay from the default to more and less than the default with no success.

Any ideas?

Here is the .ir file I have been using for the last couple of years. It's been renamed to .txt. I haven't upgraded yet to 6.1 but give it a shot.
