Possibly, by using graphedit and sgraphrecorder. Similar to the firewire recording from digital cable boxes described in the monster firewire thread.

The first step would be to download graphedit from microsoft and build a filter that showed the results on screen. Then replace the renderer with either sage's own mpeg2dump filter or Anders' SDBARecorderdump to stream the file to disk. Try 'em both, see which works best.
