Can't get SageTV to work with A180

I'm trying to add a AVerMedia MCE A180 HDTV to my setup to replace a ATI HDTV Wonder card.
SageTV sees this card as a "AVerTV BDA Analog Capture device".
When I try to setup the 'card, SageTV freezes at loading video preview. I can only minimize SageTV.
Windows Task Manager shows it as running, but when I try to end the task WTM says that SageTV is not responding.
I've searched and found severial references to this problem, I've tried some of the soultions without luck. I even allowed STV to try to load a preview for over two hours without success.

Will and can this card be made to work?

Thank you in advance,

Paul H

Hi,
I have (2) A-180's for over 2 years plus a third one as an EVO network encoder. So, they do work. Don't really know why you are having problems though.

FIXED !

I found a driver on the AVerMedia site that works! There is also a driver for dual A180s if anyone is having problems with that configuration:

http://www.aver.com/mpd/support/download/a180wb.html

Near the bottom under Additional downloads, "non MCE 2005 Application Software".

Hope this helps!

Paul H
