One-Touch Playback of a Particular Music Playlist/Song/Folder?

Is there a way with SageTV (on Windows) to have a remote control assignable command that would start music playback of a particular playlist or folder or album or song?

I'm most likely using SageMC if that makes a difference. Also, I'm using a remote with EventGhost to send keystrokes to Sage to control it (Remote Wonder Plus).

For example, I'd be able to hit one of the number keys on the remote which would play my 3-year old's favorite album without me having to even turn on the TV. I do this today with xbmc, but I am moving to a PC based Media Center because of xbmc's limitations with playback of HD content.

With Eventghost I could either send a keyboard command to sage or run an external system command, so, for instance, if there's a way through a SageTV web interface to start a playlist/folder/song, I could do a command line http request for my pre-specified playlist triggered by the EventGhost which picked up the remote control key (That's how I got this to work with XBMC, sending requests to xbmc's web interface).

If you can determine an exact sequence of keystrokes to play what you want, you can send a series of commands to the SageTV window.

Otherwise, check the Dynamic Customisable Menu system for its ability to send specific commands. You may still have to add it as a menu item & then use a series of commands to choose that menu item.
