Hauppauge 350 and composite input

I'm trying to get composite in working on my Hauppauge 350.
I'm using a composite to svideo converter (I beleive it came with the card?).
However all I'm getting is black and white.
Does anyone have composite in working?

Also, does anyone know about a solution (a box) that would automatically switch between comp and s video depending on the input and output svideo?

Upgrade to the latest Hauppauge drivers and that should fix your problem. With the latest drivers you will have a number of composite choices so you may have to try each one to get the right one.

Can you provide version numbers for what you refer to as latest drivers? Some people may read a post such as this months after they are posted.
Can you respond to my post at Should latest Hauppauge drivers work on 350 with SageTV?

Do I need to really uninstall the existing driver prior to upgrading to 1.7?

I didn't, but you do need to run HCWCLEAR which appears to do the same thing as a uninstall. You do need to uninstall the Hauppauge Video decoder. I just installed the latest Hauppauge drivers dated 10/10/2003 with version number of 1.17.390.21283
I just followed the Hauppauge instructions.
It did not correct any of my problems related to multiple tuners but hope you have better luck.
