OSD won't auto-hide

After weeks of proper operation, my MVP now will not hide the OSD. If I press SELECT and choose CANCEL, the OSD is gone. I have changed the auto-hide delay without success.

Any ideas?

This started happening to me too. Manually editing the properties seems to work for a short while but then the problem reappears.

So it is you buddy!

I solved the problem. My USB-UIRT was being flooded with spurious signals. The unit was sending unintelligible codes that was keeping the osd alive. I moved it and all is well now. Not sure this will help you but it might be something to check.
