Two pvr150's Different audio levels

I have 2 PVR 150 cards. 1 is hooked up to analog cable, 1 is svideo with line in.
The analog's audio is much louder than the other. This started happening since I upgaded to 6.14. Anyone else see this?

the 150 hooked via svideo, is it fed by an STB (cable or satellite box)? If there is a volume adjustment on the STB, see if it is not maxxed out.

Yup, that is most likely it. Most STB's have an internal volume that is set to a certain value by default...if you have the remote manual for it look for somethign to do with an "audio lock"... you should be able to unlock the volume and adjust it to your liking.

Cheers,

Thanks,
Sure enough it was the stb. It was set to variable audio. I changed it to fixed and was able to change the volume level.
