Meekell STV with SA and Dirmon2?
Will the Meekell STV allow you to use ShowAnalyzer and Dirmon2 for skipping commercials. I have done it with SageMC 16X9 prior to motherboard going out. Now that I am resetting up my system was interested in the Meekell STV but commercial skipping is a must.

Yes, but you must enable commercial skipping in the Meekill STV and use .txt files rather than .edl files with ShowAnalyzer.
