How can I diagnose this?

I have 2 systems that have pretty much the same hardware and software. But one runs great while watching HD through Sage. The other seems to shutter all the time. Sage is configured the same on both.

Is there any software that I can run on both that will compare how each system runs. I guess something that will compare hardware, cpu everything.

Anything you can thing of, free or even something I have to pay for.

Thanks

good reading. But is there any software that will let me run benchmarking of some sort to compare both systems?

Thanks

I suppose you could download the latest 3dmark software and bench the machines that way.
