ksProptyUtl.dll error in 6.1.3 RC
I'm getting an error with PlaceShifter in 6.1.3 when it tries to start:

This application has failed to start because ksProptyUtl.dll was not found. Re-install the application may fix this problem.

Reinstalling doesn't fix it. I just submitted this as a bug report.

It's fixed for the next build. You can safely ignore this error for now.

Yeah everything still works normal after you ignore the error. I figured it was no big deal.

Thanks. I figured that you already knew about it, but I figured a bug report & posting would be the thing to do. (It's kind of like the whole purpose of having beta testers, I would suspect! )
