Hauppague Remote Problem...

Hey all,

I just installed the trial of SageTV and I am very impressed. The only problem I have right now is with the volume down button on the remote. I am using the Hauppauge 45-button remote with the Hauppauge IR blaster. The volume down button does not work. Anyone got any ideas?

I just checked again. When I press the volume down button on the remote it actually starts up another program I have installed on the computer. This is wierd.

This FAQ normally covers most basic problems with teh Hauppauge remote, provided it is not the MCE remote form the Hauppauge MCE kit.

Do you have another IR reciever that is doing this and/or is this an MCE remote instead? Otherwise, check the functionality of the irremote.ini file mentioned in the above FAQ.
