No Data for some channels & channel change problems

I had SageTV running perfectly about four months ago. Then I reinstalled Windows and tried version 6. I ended up going back to version 4. However I have since been plagued by two problems.

1. Sometimes when switching between programmed channels I end up somehow at a channel to which I am not subscribed. This necesitates my getting out the Dish Network remote control and manually changing back to a subscribed channel before SageTV can once again take control of channel switching.

2. Several of the channels fail to list channel data. The just say "No Data." This of course, makes it impossible to program recording on those channels. I have an always on DSL connection on this computer and have no other online issues with this system.

I really liked SageTV when everything was working right and would really like to have it back that way. Any suggestions appreciated.
