EPG Data Not In SageTV

I looked at Zap2it EPG TV listing website for my Cabel provider, Time Warner Cable, and it shows channel 29 is available.

I have 2 WinTV PVR-150 tuners and both have channel 29 enabled (Green Button), however, when I look at SageTV channel listing, channel 29 does not show up nor can I schedule any recordings on channel 29 since it's not there.

Help!

EDIT: Running SageTV 6.0.19 (latest). Should mention that I got all other channels showing up just fine, only channel 29 and 2 other channels not showing up in SageTV when it is available in Zap2it EPG data.

I would check to make sure none of your channels are duplicated in any way in the channel setup screen.

That's a weird one.

Hi. Just to make sure we are talking about the same thing, in Setup Menu->Setup Video Resources->WinTV PVR->Channel Setup

I do not see any duplication of channels. I don't think SageTV allows it (maybe i am wrong), but I dont see any duplicates.

Chanel 29 is listed, has a green button (selected), but it just wont show up in SageTV listing. EPG data shows it is available.

Hmmm. Maybe someone else can answer that. I'm stumped. Never saw that before.

Sage will allow you to have multiple channels with the same LOGICAL channel number and only one would show, but you say nothing for 29 is in the program guide.

Ok, Saget support found the answer. For my EPG line up, both channel 29 and 103 are the same line up. Not sure why there are two indentical line ups, but that's another story.

So, when SageTV see's two identical line-ups which in my case were 29 and 103, it takes one of them as active and not the other.

I put this to the test. I removed channel 103 from SageTV channel selection on my WinTV PVR-150 and 29 automatically came back to life.
