SageTv does not recognize the USG-UIRT

My USB-UIRT works fine with HomeSeer and MainLobby for some time now. The Sage Detailed Setup, Commands - set to use USB. I have rebooted and restarted the service many times and still no-go. When in the learning screen sage does not respond to the keypress of the remote.

Usally the UIRT has a popup window when learning the remote, this never pops-up. I also tried the IR_Helper app while Sage was in the learn mode and the IR app displayed the signal but Sage did not respond. I am using the latest build of sage and the latest driver v1.4 of the UIRT.

One thing I always forget when I need to configure the UIRT, make sure that Sage is in program mode only. Do not use service mode, stop and disable it from running. Hope that helps.

Thanks for the quick reply. I did not know the UIRT does not like the service mode. Should have tried that myself. I will give that a whirl when I get hme tonight. Thank you.
