Can not view all channels

Greetings,

I have basic cable from Comcast and I am using the Nvidia dualtv tuner in my sagetv box. I have very nice picture up till channel 65 after that I can not view any channels. Any ideas?

Just to make sure: if you connect your cable directly to your TV (w/o any converter box), can you view those higher channel numbers on the TV?

Well on my tv upstairs I can. And since they are fed through the same cable box switch I figured it would. I'm also not 100% sure but i swear I saw those channels when I initially set things up...

Any ideas anyone? I want to record the NHL all-atar game tonight and versus is on of the channels not able to be viewed.

I appreciate it.

I'm not sure what would cause it, but until someone else has a better idea, if you are using a straight coax connection ot the tuner w/o a converter box, then you could try searching the forum for FreqShifter to see if that might help.

The tuner is set to Cable instead of Antenna in Source Details?
