Compatible FTA (free to air) hardware or antenna card option?

I used to be a DirecTV customer and LOVED MY TIVO. I now use a haupauge PVR500 dual-tuner card with my cable company and SAGETV & Placeshifter. I love that combo EVEN MORE THAN MY OLD TIVO. I now understand my cable company has gotten rid of a couple of channels (notably the WB) that we use to watch all the time. I understand that with FTA equipment or a plain old antenna, I can get those channels back. At some point, I would love to do this. Can anyone clue me in on what FTA equipment or card for antenna programming is most compatable with SageTV?

Note that I live in an apartment so I fear FTA is not going to be possible. If an antenna is the only way, then what type is best if I don't have the room for a multi-foot monster antenna?

My cable company did the same thing, so I use an Avermedia Purity 500 for my cable, and I use my hauppauge 500 to capture OTA channels. Works just fine. I would recommend checking out http://www.antennaweb.org to find out what antenna's it recommends.

The WB and UPN merged last year into The CW.

But there is also the "MY" network which is primarily based on the stations that were "left-over" after the merge.

In my market, the MY network (the WB station) isn't on regualr cable, it's on the Fox's station's subchannel on DTV broadcast.
