Video upgraded - any settings recommended ?

Noob question: I just upgraded my old MX4000 to a 7600GT, and since there wasn't much to tweak with the MX4000 I'm not really familiar with the options the new card has to offer.

Are there any settings in the nVidia driver control panel that should be set/tweaked to get the best picture quality with Sage ? I found 'Inverse Telecine' (which I assume should be enabled), are there any others ? I also understood that 'Smart' should be the preferred setting in PureVideo, is this correct ? Anything else recommended ?
