Custom Recording format
I want to increase the bitrate of dvd standard play... I can notice lots of blocking during fast motion.

But where I have changed this in the past was sage's properties file, however they are not listed in mine.

How do I accomplish this?

Add the custom rate to the properties file just like you have in the past.
