Happauge 45 Button Remote Problems

I got a Happauge PVR-150 with the silver 45 button remote found here: http://forums.sagetv.com/forums/atta...2&d=1099027263

In my SageTV setup I said to use the Happ 45 button silver remote as my IR device but none of the top keys work (the arrow keys, the guide key, etc). The bottom keys seem to work, like the volume and channel and such.

Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

There's a FAQ entry that you can check out -- did you install the IR software before installing SageTV & did you choose to have the SageTV installer modify the Hauppauge ini file during installation? The FAQ should cover what you can do in either case.

If you've done that, does SageTV have focus?

When SageTV has focus, what result do you see when you go to Setup -> Detailed Setup -> Commands -> Show SageTV Commands and try the buttons that aren't working?
