DVB: Load tuning frequency data failed

Hello,

after i installed sagetv linux oem edition i managed to start the server and acces it via placeshifter.

unfortunately i didnt manage to tune my Haupauge Nexus dvb-c card . In the setup process i tried to get chanel information via tvtv. Unfortunately there seems to be a bug as it didnt connect to www.tvtv.de .in the appearing screen it shows it cant connect to "www.tvtv.de,de" . or there is something missing. in the log file i got that message:

tv.sage.a: kind=2; java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no tvtvDLCL in java.library.path

Anyway there should be another way to get a frq file. What can i do to add my frequencies manually ? i made a channels.conf with some linux tools from rthe dvb-apps packages for xine. Can i use that data in any way ?

sagetv 6 linux oem
fedora core 6

thanks for your help

Alexander

It looks like DVB is not fully supported in the linux version yet despite what earlier posts may suggest. I spent a week trying to get my DVB-T card working with no luck and finally gave in an e-mailed Sage. According to Sage support currently only ATSC/QAM is supported (not totally sure where these fit into the DVB-T/V/S group) but full DVB support is on its way soon - hopefully very soon...
