SageTV 5: Black image, no sound, but records okay

When I view LiveTV on my SageTV (on PC only), I see the program listing info, but the screen in black and there is no sound.

However, when I check the mpeg files on my hard drive, the video file is perfect.

(FWIW, I don't have the SageTVServiceControl active.)

Any idea why this is happening?
