Scheduled Transcode?
Is there an option to let you schedule transcode operations? For example, say at 3am everyday, I want to transcode all newly recorded show to MPEG4. Many thanks

No, the default STV does not have an option to schedule conversions. You could check the customizations forum section for ideas.
