IR Blaster problem

My sage has been working fine for the last year but all of a sudden 1/4th of my shows are recorded incorrectly.

I thought it might be because of my recent upgrade to version 6 so I uninstalled it and went back to 5 with no luck.

I tried reinstalling Hauppauge software & drivers, sage, java and the whole OS and still have problems.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
