Where is exemultituner ?

OK, I have spent 4 hours searching. Where do I find 'exetuner' and 'exemultituner'? I want to control my 2 2600 boxes and I am trying to make this as simple as possible.

I think you are better off using multidcttuner even if you are only going to use one tuner. I had way too many problems with dct2000 plugin using dct.exe. I believe multidcttuner is a newer version of dct2000 and does away with using dct.exe which a lot of people had problems with including myself.
