Problems logging into sage server HELP
I hit something in detailed setup and Sage is asking for a username and password to log into this sage server.. I never set anything like that up. but if I just hit enter it still asks.. And I can't seem to hit Home or escape or anything. I'm stuck.. HELP..

You might be in where you set up a Placeshifter user. Try to backspace out. If not try ctrl-z to put Sage to sleep. Then right-click on Sage icon in system tray and exit.

It sounds to me like you loaded the login STV for Placeshifter users as your main STV somehow & then maybe killing SageTV multiple times eventually corrupted the properties file & you have now started with a fresh properties file. That's my guess anyway.
Have you ever used Placeshifter? If so, did it look like that login screen? If something like this happens, you would have to edit the properties file to reset the "STV" property. I may have to look into preventing this... - Andy
