Could closed Captioning be here for the PVR-150/500?

I was looking at the new driver CD that SHS posted on his forum the other day. http://www.shspvr.com/smf/index.php?topic=10479.0 . In it, I found in the release notes some new driver info on the PVR-150/500.

Isn't that the driver feature that was missing from the PVR-150/500 to prevent it from doing CC closed captioning in the same manner that the PVR-250 and 350 did?

edit: I checked out the directions to enable CCinDVD in the PVR-250. THe registry keys don't match for the PVR-150/500. So, hopefully some new info will come out soon.

If it setup like HVR 1600 you do not need add reg tweak just try using outputstreamtype 10 and see what happing under sagetv

Closed captioning is here for the PVR-150 and 500's

I've got 2.0.48.24205 in my box and it works just fine. I got the driver in the LNA package to try to fix my PVR-500 type-b bad tuner problem. I've actually been recording SD programming with CC for the last two weeks and didn't even know it All I had to do was turn on CC in my options to display it.

Didn't have to do any registry edits or anything.
