hauppauge PVR500 and HDHomeRun
I just purchased a HDHomeRun and set it up. I have to say that I love the device, even if it takes a little to get it all set up.
However, now the second tuner on my PVR500 doesn't seem to work in SageTV. When I try to view a channel with it, I get a "No Signal" error, just like if I was trying to tune a channel with the HDHomeRun. I've tried removing the tuner from Sage and setting it up again, with the same results. The system currently has 2 PVR150s and a PVR500 in it, with the addition of the HDHomeRun to the network. Anyone got any suggestions? |

I had 1 PVR-150, 1 PVR-500, and the HDHR and they all were working. I have since removed the 150 from the setup, as I have found that the 4 tuners between the 500 and HDHR are enough for me at this point.
You may want / need to remove all of the tuners from the Sage setup, and reinstall them within Sage. (And I know everyone says this, but...) Just make sure that Sage and/or the Sage server are not running when you tell the HDHR manager to clear out and reinstall the tuners within Sage.

Yeah, I figured I may have to go that route. I just hate the thought of having to go through the channel configuration again. Oh well, maybe it will make me get off my tail and delete out the Spanish, home shopping, and other insignificant channels that I never watch.
