Does an auto volume leveler exist?
I'm looking for a way to auto level the volume that comes out of my HTPC. I hate it when one scene is louder than another, or when a show is louder than a commercial.
Is there anyway of doing this? Thanks

Probably not what you want to hear, but allegedly 'volume normalization' is a feature of the new audio architecture built in to Vista. It might be worth trying to find a beta to try in order to see if it works for you before spending any money on it.
