Music MP3 Tag Updating

I'm wondering if there is a program somewhere that either contains a database or checks online to update all the tags on all my mp3 files. Here's the problem, most of my tags are missing several entries and I would like to have them all updated. For example, some may have the title and artist but are still missing perhaps the album, year, etc. Also, if missing the title I would love to find a way to tell it to use the filename for the title. Does anyone know of such a program? I have too many songs to update by hand or with a tagtool and I don't want to spend the rest of the week doing it.

How are you mp3's organized? Full albums in individual folders? Artist-album-track-title naming schemes, or just a hodge-podge of individual tracks in a folder?

I use Tag&Rename, http://www.softpointer.com/tr.htm . It can check online with Amazon or Freedb to get all the id3 info. Genre, year, composer, etc. But, I have all my mp3's in album folders and with good naming. With just good naming, you can have your tagger program use the file name to fill in the id3 info for you if it is correct.
