Need advice: Sage/media ctr with xbox

Firstly I'd like to thank everybody here... I've been lurking for a couple years, and with your help we've got a smoothly running Sage system that does everything we'd hoped.

What I need now is some advice. We recently got a xbox 360 and I'd like to run it through the media center. Currently we're using a $20 AV switch, but I'd like a setup (pci card preferably) to pipe the xbox through the pc to the tv. I don't need to record the xbox signal (though that might be fun someday) and if lag time would be an issue, I'd rather not. I'm hoping there's some sort of AV pass-through card that I'm unaware of. I'd also like to be able to switch to this input from sage (or with plugins etc, though I haven't messed with any of the third-party stuff for sage yet) via my remote and uirt.

So surely someone else has already dealt with this scenario. Please let me know what's worked for you. Thanks again everybody.
