Java 1.5.0_9
I am currently running Java 1.5.0_6 with no problems to report.
I recently got notified of a Java update. Do I dare upgrade? I am somewhat hesitant based upon problems surrounding the Java version in posts I have read in the past. |

1.5.0_06 is one of the problematic versions with known resource leaks. I haven't tried _09, but the 1.6 betas seem to have the problem fixed.

Hi I upgraded to 1.5.0_09 a few days ago and no problems so far for me on both my setups (version 5.04 and beta version 6.0.13)

I upgraded to 1.5.9 the other day and I had a terrible time. The stutter issues became so bad that I we back to 1.4.2. Things are better now.
