MP4 Playback (nero created) Patch 13

I was able to play Nero Recode create MP4 files with Patches 11 and 12 but after going to 13 I get audio but no video. Does anyone have any ideas of what I can try? Right now I have to exit SAGE to use Nero Showtime to play them.

I hadn't changed anything else on the system other than putting on patch 13. Are there settings in the properties files that can affect this?
