Is there a way to move Sage from the taskbar to the sys tray?

I have two monitors and one taskbar and sageTV is always running on my second monitor. I would like to put sage in the sys tray instead of the taskbar while it's running. I know it goes into the sys tray when put into sleep mode, but I want it to always show up in the sys tray if at all possible.

Perhaps one of these: http://www.freedownloadscenter.com/B...y-utility.html

I don't know of a way to do this with SageTV on its own.

It's seems that all of the system tray programs I have search for or found just minimize a program to sys tray. I just want to display sage in the sys tray and not the taskbar.

Past threads say this used to be an option in sage. Is there any way to integrate this back in?

I don't remember that ever being an option, but I might just have forgotten something.

The only way I know of for this to happen is to use something like a Hauppauge 350 or an Xcard to send output to your TV. In this case, SageTV can be put to sleep & it will still send output to the TV, but the downside is that the hardware decoder limits what you can play & the UI could also slow down dramatically, especially on the Xcard. (I would stick with your video card, if I were you.)
