Sage Slowed Down

I'm not sure if it is the version 6 beta upgrade but when moving around in Sage like going from the Main Menu to Sage Recordings the sage cursor will sometimes just spin for like 5-10 seconds. Very frustrating. Any ideas as to what it could be? I've checked my resources and there is no problem on either my workstation or my server. The only thing I notice is that during the 5-10 seconds it seems like there is heavy disk activity on my workstation.

The only thing I can think of is perhaps to do a defrag on my workstation and maybe the server also.

All ideas appreciated.
