Viewing PVR remotely on home network
Is there a way to view recorded content from another PC on the same network (eg, wireless)?

Currently, we support playing video on a network by using mapped drives in windows.
The beta version will be able to run the full SageTV UI across the network in the near future. Are you referring to just playing back video files or using the PVR application over the network?

Really, just playback at the moment. But I could imagine using my laptop to watch a prerecorded show, then wanting to see when the next episode was showing and scheduling it to record.
Eventually, I could see watching live TV as well. But at least viewing a prerecorded show. If the files are stored on a mapped drive, great! Then the "beta" version (you mean, the next release?) UI over a home network would be really awesome. |

"Beta" version meaning a future release. Not yet available with the current beta version 1.2.3.
