Fusion 5 lite not tuning channels

I was having problems with my old server so I decided to switch it to my old gaming motherboard and processor. At the same time I switched to sage 6.0. Everything is working great except my fusion 5 lite will not tune digital channels (OTA). It will tune analog channels in the fusion software. It was working fine with the old system.

It does not work under sage or with the regular fusion software. When I scan the channels with the fusion software, it correctly identifies all the RF channels that have programming but does not name them correctly. For example, channel 5-1 is on RF channel 24 in the bay area. The fusion software calls this channel 24-1 which does not really exist. All the channels are named like this. When i tune to 24-1 (5-1) it shows that the signal is 98%, 1080i and ac3 audio but does not display anything. In sage I can tune to 5-1 and it shows no signal. Scanning for channels in sage adds 24-1 and the signal shows 98% but then I get an error in sage and it cannot display the content. There should be no 24-1 in sage. It should be correctly labeled as 5-1. 5-1 in sage shows no signal.

I tried rebooting, reinstalling everyting, etc several times and nothing changed. I am using sage 6.0, fusion 3.41 drivers. The fusion is on IRQ 18 and is not shared except with itself (WMD and BDA tuner).

Anyone have any ideas? i'm really missing my HD programming. Should i just forget it and get a different HD capture card?
