I want a smooth FF & RW

Is it possible to get sage to FF & RW smoothly, instead of jumping 10sec or whatever it 's set for? I've been searching and just cannot find how to do it.

Thanks

Sage does not do this natively. Neilm created a plugin to do it, but its performance depends a lot on the decoder you use. The other option is to get a MediaMVP (sage media extender). The MVP does smooth ff/rw natively and it works very well. Hope this helps.
