Media Centre: 10sec rewind issue

Has anyone else been encountering an issue in the media centre when trying to jump back in the small increments?

Specifically it seems that sage now gets stuck and will only rewind 1 10 second increment and then just continues to hit the same mark (so if you are at 1:10 hit the jump button and goto 1:00 then it just keeps going back to 1:00, never goes to 0:50.)

Thus far the only solution Ive seen is the use the large jump back button (ie 2 1/2 minute) and then fast forward to the point you want.

This seems to occur specifically in mpeg4 videos (usually either xvid or divx, although I have seen it in wmv files also)

It does not seem to occur in mpeg1/2 files though
