Question re: Video cards, video out to TV
I'm getting my mind wrapped around the feasibility of setting up a Sage solution. Coming from TIVO its' a little daunting but intriguing.
Basically looking for a card(s) that let me bring in two Directv signals and output (svideo) to my tv. Is there a card that does all 3? I know there's duo tuner cards, but is there a two tuner card with svideo out? Or a 1 tuner with svideo out? Thanks- Kevin |

Your video card in your PC is waht you use to get you video out. TV tuner cards are all inputs. (Except PVR350 or Xcard-whole other story.) WHether you use DirectTV, cable or an outside antenna , the tuner cards get those signals into your PC and your video card gets it to the TV for you to watch.

Also keep in mind that for each signal, you will need a satellite box/cable box for each signal that goes to each tuner card in your computer. I think Directv has a dual tuner box though.
