Ch Tuning Failure & DVD 5.1 Passthrough

So I installed the Sage 6 beta have had 2 persistant problems even after a completely clean reinstall wiping out all settings.

(this is on the machine labeled dads in the sig)

1) Sage on my PVR-150 Cannot tune any channels above 14 using local broadcast antenna. If I use WinTV2000, I can watch those channels without a problem - leading me to believe the problem is with this Sage beta. I have tried reinstalling sage, readding the tuners and rescanning all to no avail.

2) I have PowerDVD 6 on this system and it is using SPDIF passthrough and sending the DVD audio to 5.1 DTS to the receiver. Open the DVD in Sage and it only sends as 2.1 PCM. I have tried messing with the settings in Windows Media Player but noticed if I played too much I would mess up PowerDVD. I also tried changing the decode filter to AC3 and Cyberlink to no avail. Same with the reinstall.

Any assistance on these two issues would be very much appreciated by both me and my father. The first issue is really upsetting him as now he cannot record his shows.
