Wrong HD channels

I had the same problem. I had to reinstall SageTV (for about the 20th time) to fix it. There was no help in the forums that I could find.

When you say, "I have not remapped any of the channels", does that mean
- you are using the most recent drivers for your digital tuning device
- have not made any channel additions/adjustments when this occured

This can happen if the EPG Lineup gets channel additions and they're automatically activated the new channel (Green Dot but lack a remap #).
Or if your master remap numbers get updated.

What Digital tuning device are you using? STB, HDHR, HRV-xxxx ...

I was using the most recent driver at the time.
I hadn't made any channel adjustments either, and I hadn't changed the logical or physical channels they were left alone after scanning for channels.

OTA, Cat’s Eye USB 3560 (USB-A 3560)
With this tuner it does require a powered usb hub as the tuner does not have a power supply of its own and most MB usb's don't have the power output needed. I have always had that in place.
My setup doesn't have any STB's

I no longer have this issue, I can't say what fixed the issue. I was probably some combination of reinstall, new version of sage, I just don't know.
The issue seemed to be that the command to change the channel was not making it to the hardware consistantly.
I had seen this in the channel setup where I selected the view button for channel 4-1 but the video was still showing 2-1. If I pressed view on 4-1 again it would tune properly.
