Two instances of Sage running?

Haven't seen this one listed yet.

I think it happens during transcoding, I get what looks like a second copy of Sage running on the taskbar.

If it is the transcoder, I would think that the app should be hidden.

This happens if the console window is enabled as well. (it's not the transcoder)
