How does SageTV handle delayed shows?
Say I schedule SageTV to record "Some Show" which from the program guide airs on 7pm. An NFL come however is broadcasted just prior to the show, and it runs overtime, causing my show to get delayed.

Does SageTV realize this and adjust it's recording times?

There is no way for Sage to know because the EPG data isn't updated in those situations. What I do for shows that typically follow sporting events is set a very long default end of show padding such as 45 minutes to 1 hr.
